ME AND MY WIFE HAVE ADOPTED 2 SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND WE WERE WANTING TO KNOW IF THERE WAS ANY GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE SO WE COULD ADD ON TO OUR HOME SO WE COULD ADOPT MORE SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN
